Therapy with Olivia
Healing for the whole person

About You

Perhaps you've had therapy before or maybe it is completely new for you.
You might be struggling with issues in your daily life like relationships, grief or loss, illness, divorce or eating disorders. Or maybe you have deeper questions about life, your existence or spirituality. Or perhaps you have internal struggles with loneliness, low self-esteem, anxiety and depression.
Or maybe you are struggling without knowing why.

But you've decided it is time to get some help.

Therapy offers you a confidential place to tell your story and to be heard with respect. A place to also reflect, learn and grow.

Therapy brings awareness and with it the ability to make new choices to find greater peace, freedom and hope in life.

You are in charge of the pace and the process and each session will meet you where you are at engaging with your thoughts and feelings as well as considering patterns of behaviour, your body and your wider everyday life.

I see therapy a co-creative process where the both the client and myself have equal potency and it is my job to help clients discover their true self and unlock tools for healing and change.

About Therapy
I offer therapy in Beckington (near Bath and Frome) where I have a warm and welcoming therapeutic space.

Initially we would meet online or by phone for 15 mins to see if we are a good fit for each other before committing to in-person (or online) weekly sessions.

There would be an expectation that the client would commit to the process and we would have regular reviews.

The therapeutic work can be shorter or longer term, outcome focused or open-ended.

To maintain a healthy therapeutic relationship clients can not also be attendants of classes and retreats.

Individual sessions cost £60.
