Olivia seeks to hear about your needs if you aren't sure exactly what you need so that sessions are tailored especially for you.
You will work together using either movement (with meditation) or just meditation to experience wellbeing in a holistic and therapeutic way. There will always be a focus on that which holds positive meaning for the client.
