Therapy

​Life can be incredibly challenging in this fast paced and fragmented world that we live in. 

Sometimes we hit a point where we can't find a way forward on our own and need some help.  

Finding a therapist might be the help we need.  

Olivia is a qualified counsellor who brings her holistic approach to the therapeutic process.  

Movement

​Movement is a form of physical exercise but also an exercise in holistic wellbeing.

We are our bodies or our bodies are our being and so when we move them mindfully we can experience our being in new ways. 

Movement can positively change not only our fitness and flexibility but our whole being. ​

Olivia offers movement classes and one to one.

 

Meditation

Meditation has become increasingly popular in Western culture in order to bring about greater calm.  It also has value in spiritual growth. 

Mindfulness, visualisation techniques and spiritual practices can help a person feel calmer and also impact relationships, mental health and faith.

Olivia offers one to one as well as group sessions.
